1939 Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse Non maker marked

I recently acquired this EK2, unfortunately it is non maker marked, would anyone be able to identify the maker at all ?

Hi Sanya, thankyou for helping me out ! Just looked at some '23's on the forum, I can see on my example a beading flaw on the 6 O'Clock right side arm, on the obverse the first 'horizontal' bead & a virtually identical flaw on the reverse. Being unmarked does this point to it being an earlier production as opposed to a makers marked example ? Doesn't show to well, but the EK has a lovely patina to it too.
