1939 Eisernes Kreuz real or not?

Hi guys

I have this 1939 Eisernes Kreuz and I was hoping you could help me establish whether it's real or a reproduction.

It appears to be of 3 piece construction, and the right dimensions from what I've read.

I'm fairly new to this type of militaria and forum so please bear with me and if there's anything else you need to know that would help please let me know.

It has the signs of a Floch fake

Thank you and that's a shame, but what is a Floch fake and how can you tell if I may ask?
