Here is a new addition to my collection. It is an unmarked B. H. Mayer. Much of the frosting is still present. I am not sure that it originally came with this ribbon as the fastening is not very even.

Superb Spange Ralph! Just enough of the frosting has worn off to enhance the look, it looks great.
I think Mayer probably made the best looking Spange compared to the other makers?
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....

Nice looking bird. I really like the frosting.
I have a couple examples and would like to collect more but quite honestly,
I have never been able to tell a real one from a fake. I rely on the expertise
of others when I do come across one.
