A new addition to my spange collection.
This example is from an unknown maker and is one of the few, if not only, accepted EK II spange with a full bar soldered on to the reverse to create the prongs.
This one retains most of it's silver finish.
    Ralph.

It's a shame that it is an unknown maker, Because who ever it was, They made a very beautifully detailed Spange.

    Great addition Ralph

I also had a great laugh looking at the back for any marks.I said to myself OH there something above the lower prongs. It was you water mark !!!LOL
But while laughing,(Yes my kids are staring at the old man again, But their used to it). I zoomed in on the upper prongs. It looks like letters in the middle just below the prongs. Is that just Solder??

    Lovely Ralph.

I keep wanting to buy one of these but for some reason, just don't have the confidence to go do it. Maybe after vacation I'll go catch a birdie.

If you see one you like post pictures or the site link and ask for assistance in determining if it is good or not. Jim
