2nd Class I think, help

Could anyone tell me if this is indeed a 2nd class, and any idea what would go with the Orange and white ribbon..

The other ribbon is for the Deutsches Schutzwall-Ehrenzeichen...The West Wall Medal. The colors are actually light-brown and white...

Glenn is correct about the other ribbon. You can buy the missing medal for very little money to complete the medalbar.

To show my limited knowledge..is the front the 1939 marked side or 1813? Then I will get a new pic posted

The front will have the swastika and the date 1939 on it.

I think you have it upside down , in your photo . The fringe would be on the bottom side of the medal , I think .

Yes, indeed, a very nice early Godet cross.... not easy to find either!
A very nice find, and as Adrian has already stated, the Deutsches Schutzwall-Ehrenzeichen will be very easy to find to restore the bar to it's original configuration.
