I think the neck is too long for a Deumer. Here is mine to compare.

hey guys just tried to load a killer pic of the spange, but cannot .
its an aspx file , and photobucket will not let me get the new pics up.

These EK Spangen are not my forte really (I have only one EKI Spange myself, no EKII Spange yet), but the design in question is for sure not of Deumer. It reminds me most of the design that Funcke & BrĂ¼ninghaus (L/56) used on their 2nd pattern EKII Spangen. The curvature of the "leg" of the last '9' in the box is especially characteristic of the design of this maker as I recall it.
