No question the Rettenmaier is the rarest cross of the three you've mentioned. In fact they are fairly scarce in comparison to many makers so if you were only to buy one, go for the '16'. The other two makers can be found very easily.
Note the '16' has a Steinhauer & Luck frame which is fairly easy to spot by the inner corner beading pattern. Make sure the makers mark is in the same style as the crosses posted above and in the link.
