Cased EK1 L/57 Boereger &Co

I have been looking to add this maker for a long time and as usual have just missed out on a few opportunities.

I have finally secured this nice screwback version. The retaining pin is missing though the price reflected this

These are sellers pics so I will post close ups once in hand as its difficult to see the trademark 'shovel-headed '1' in the 1939 date.

The EK is minty!! Nice find. What will you do about the case? Leave as is or look for a pin? I would look for a pin, it would be an acceptable item to replace, IMO.
