I'm sure I've seen a black lined case before but they are very uncommon. Is it lined with the flock type material as we see on the white lined cases?
The L/13 stamp in that position also doesn't sit well with me. I've never seen an EK1 case with the lid interior ruined with an ink stamp such as this. I can't believe it was done in the factory and passed fit for sale like it. On the base, yes but surely not in the lid.

One of those that needs a bit of investigating methinks. Hard to write it off completely but definitely an anomaly if original.
I don't think I would risk my money as it will always have a question mark above it.

This appears to me as a possible factory/production sample...called a "Musterstueck"...
