So these have a core made from Deumer in WWII, an imperial frame, leftover from WWI and a marked ring made from Deumer in WWII marked with L/11?
They are not marked with L/11. All Schinkels are unmarked.

Sorry, Sonny is correct, I'll clarify - there are 1914 EK2s made by Deumer which are marked L/11 but these were made during the TR era from materials leftover from Imperial stock.

That does it! I have to get a Schinkel EK2 now... *sigh*...when will the expense end?

Hehe i keep asking the same question Glenn. But on the other hand the fun is the journey not the destination. Imagine if one day we decide that we have everything and no more buys needed. How boring we will feel then?
Looking for the photo albums of Leutnant Emil Freitag, 3. / G.R. 377

I think there are about seven different Schinkel variants you'll need to collect Glenn!
