Both original, the one with the ribbon is a '24', it is marked on the ribbon ring but is hard to make out what it reads. The cross without a ribbon might be a Zimmermann but I can't check for sure right now.
For a pricing guide, anything around $100 per piece would be fair IMO.

I agree with Adrian, that one is a Fritz Zimmermann.

I agree with Adrian on the value of them as well.

I just made an arrangement with the lady to purchase the one with ribbon for $80 + $5 shipping. I am curious as to the maker, 24 obviously signifies this maker. Is it a rare maker or more desirable?

Where I hail from, 2nd Class WWII Iron Crosses are $100 to $125 unmarked,
and up to $160 with a maker on the ring, in fine condition. If it were me,
I would buy both of these for $80 each, or less.
Could she go $155 for both, postage in ? You would be
getting a very good deal..............!

I wouldn't say the '24' crosses are rare or even desirable, in fact some might say the Zimmermann would be their first choice between the two but I quite like them. You might find the mark on this one is '24o', sometimes there was an extra mark after the two digit number as well as an extra mark on the suspension ring. There is a thread about this here where you can see a few of the different marks.
I would take Steve's advice and see if you can get both, $80 is a good price.
