Hí IMO both original pieces ,but not related items ,the envelope have a good in condition ,the cross maker name unknown ,but the maker 75

Hello Friend,
What is the characteristic of maker 75? How can one discern this?
In addition, why do you consider the envelop, although authentic, an non-related to the cross?
I am sure you understand that it is not as straight forward for me being a newcomer to this hobbie
Many thanks,
Manos.

I tried googling a bit.
I think I have a partial answer to my own question. The envelop is stamped as Julius Maurer which is code #138. However, I notice there are other references to 75 maker using Julius Maurer envelops.
Perhaps the reason is that 75 was also located somewhere in Oberstein. Sharing envelops?
Has anyone ever heard of something like this?

Hi Martin,
Indeed, although unmarked my cross looks like a 75. But any ideas why it came in a Julius Maurer envelop? It this a mistake / mismatch or something more than that?

Hi Manos!
I really don't know, but what I can say is that Giel VW at WAF hade a hoard of 75 marked KVK2 without swords in in their original bags marked Jullius Maurer, he also had from the same Maurer hoard unmarked Osmedaille and KVM in their original bags. How and why I do not know.
Best regards
Martin
