Hello, looks ok to me but not in great condition.
maker mark 24 is Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Hanauer Plakettenhersteller.
The price for one in this condition from an online shop/dealer would be around 65-75 British pounds

No problems with either of these EKs. The second is a Meybauer marked with their LDO number which would indicate a private purchase piece.
