The swastika looks very oddly proportioned, almost as if it's 'melting' to the left. I do see what look like rust veins under the black paint, but that alone is no indication of authenticity. Wait for the experts in this field to chime in.

I think your cross could be a Souval piece. I'm not very expert in Iron Cross Identification but it looks as though it could be a poorly stamped 98 on the ring.

Personally, my least favourite maker - never liked them aesthetically.
