Looks good to me. '96' is a legitimate, yet unknown maker.........

A 98 souval would be correct.

It's a '98' made by Souval as already mentioned. It looks like the paint has been touched up on the core where the rust has come through but no problems with it other than that. A nice marked piece.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....
