If it is "11" - so it means manufactured by Grossmann & Co WIEN..
Perhaps those a bit of unusual straigth lines are because of austrian maker..

Whatever - I bougth this cross (for 79eur), it is really nice and there is no marking in the ring (as stated by Nick).
