From that wide frame, and the form of the digits, I'd say it is an original unmarked '24' (Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Hanauer Plaket-ten-Hersteller).
Here's one I used to own a while ago.

Adrian is right, it is a maker '13' EKII (Brehmer). My apologies Sebastian. The frame isn't quite wide enough to be a '24'. Pretty similar though!
