Eisernes Kreuz 2nd Klasse with envelop

Picked this up with return gty (given that I find that a few I picked up have been questioned).

Despite my efforts I'm still terrible at identifying legit ones.

No marks on the ring.

I see the "9" on the front is "almost" touching the bead which gave me some pause, but saw a thread somewhere that this could happen.....

Thoughts on legitimacy and maker?

I meant that the 1939 on the front of the EK is not perfectly centered and thus the "9" is almost touching the silver beading.

What did you mean by 109? I don't see this marked on the ring of the EK.

I wanted to say that mark on the ring and corresponded to the envelope it would be "109", many not branded in ring.
