Eisernes Kreuz maker?

Article about: I'm thinking about this EKII... Can anybody identify the maker? I thought it was a '65' (Klein and Quenzer), but then I changed my opinion. Any ideas...? Regards, Carl

    I would say it 's an unmarked 55.

    I agree, the 3 and the inner corners certaintly point to a Hammer!

    Thanks guys,

    Just compared a few examples and I see the identification is spot on. A '55' Hammer she is. That '3' is quite distinctive.
