EK 1 original?

Hello! I wonder if this EK1 is original? I bought it a while ago and the seller said it was original. But I have my doubts... Anyone who can tell me and eventually if it is original , tell me who´s the maker.

Hello! The needle. I cant find any maker that has that needle and hook together.

Yeah I guess the swastika does look a little suspect but I think the pin is wrong. It has an odd shape and the catch doesn't look right. Very poor quality catch.
