Default EK 1st class in the box with carton

Here's an EK1 with box and carton. This has like most of my medals been tucked away for a number of years. I don't actually remember when I last added a mdal to my collection. It must be in excess of 5 years or so now.
Anyway this is a nice local piece, but do not claim the carton goes with the medal or box. I think I had the carton sitting on its own and a chap living down the road asked if I would give him 50 for the boxed Ek. I did and think i got my money's worth.

    Hi Nick,
Now you have said Zimmermann I do remember that the above story is correct for that piece. I did have the carton sitting spare and the EK came along.... a nice Jersey EK1, there was also a length of EK2 ribbon in the box as well which i still have.

A mis-matched set but nice pieces nonetheless!
