Hi Enni,
Not sure what the link is about as it shows a Prinzen EK2 marked '800' and has nothing to do with an L/12 Juncker cross.
Regarding your question though, you are correct, Juncker LDO crosses were marked on the frame. There was a thread a couple of days ago which you might find useful, you can see it here.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....

It would appear the Militaria Databank is very wrong!
