I believe these are original although I know nothing about the case. I also believe this set has been put together, the spange appears to have been used at one time due to the condition of the prongs but the ribbon has no holes in it.
There are a few makers of the prinzen spange, here is a thread on makers of spange and prinzens.

Very nice! Slightly different in head construction to my example which must lead me to believe my example is not a Deumer?
So where does that leave us then in identification of my example I wonder?
