That is not 1959 but 1939.

I'd like to see the back before making any definate judgement, however, it looks like a fake I remember doing the rounds a few years ago. Check the frame on the lower 6 o'clock arm. In the photo it appears to be uneven, narrower on one side. May just be the picture but if it is uneven it's the fake I remember. The one I handled was marked 107 (Karl Wild)
