EK II question mm 22 Boerger

My latest purchase a EK II from Boerger Berlin ( 22 ) i think it's a good exept on one detail that i can't explain , in the date 1939 it's seems that the 3 is a little bit up on top compare to the 9 and the last 9 seems to be to close below where it touches the 3 , is this correct? i don't can find it in my photo archive , thank's allready

A hard to find maker, congrats! Have a look here, at Adrian's cross. It's a feature encountered with some, but not all apparently.
