Which EK1 is the most coveted?

Article about: Howdy, I have a general question about which EK1 maker/(exact maker mark #) is the most highly sought after? And could their be a possible explanation as to why this certain maker makes this

For me then, Godet. Here is my example
Thats what in boxing is known as a '1-2 combination'
    1. Godet being he most desirable
    2. Of course you have one

Just kidding (I have no idea about internatonal boxing terms).
You must be well chuffed to have the Godet...and in such fine condition.

i missed an 1813 EK1 by about five minutes about a month ago.

    that really left a mark.

probably i won't live long enough to find another.
What a shame, not to have been able to get one.
When I got my 2nd class 1813, I had the chance to get the 1st class as well
but there was absolutely no way I could afford both at once and the seller
wouldn't hold it long enough for me to raise the cash. Like you, I will most
    likely never see another.

Never say never my friend. Who knows a better example of a EK1 1813 just could have your name on it! I wonder why the seller of the EK2 didn't at least grant you the option to purchase if you had already bought the EK2?!? Some dealers are uncool. Even if you showed interest in the piece and talked to him, as a dealer, i would think he just may give you a grace period to buy. But all hope is not lost. That EK1 1813 will come your way! Call it Karma. It knows your looking and wants a home.
