I'm not an expert but imo it's an original piece. I was about to say maker is Meybauer but i compared with mine and they don't match.
I don't think it's an Orth either

Obviously the flash has highlighted the shine, but I'd like to see natural light images of this cross, because it looks like it could be in really fine condition. Well done Gibello.
