I think you have showed an original L/54 but with a broken needle..
strange thing because that point is not weak and material is quite elastic.. in my opinion not to buy.

Cross is good if you can live with the short pin

I agree with the others, a good L/54. Shame about the pitted core and short pin but if the price reflects this and you're happy with it then there's no reason not to buy it.

I would only buy it, if the price was very good. I would rather give a little extra for a cross in better condition. But that only my opinion. I'm more to the crosses in perfect condition, unless it's a very rare one! (LDO marked EK2's)
But the cross is original and if you feel like it, go for it!
