EK2 consistent w/ packet?

Can one tell if this EK2 is from the same maker as that depicted on the packet? The EK2 next to the packet came with the packet. It is slightly smaller than the EK2 on the right (for comparison) and the ribbon is long and in pristine shape. I could not find any marks on the ring. The last photo is a closeup of the EK2 in question.

Yes, the cross is a 55 and matches the packet perfectly.
