The ones found were brought out of the rubble and are not in that sort of condition.

An addition to this thread. Today at Militaria Berlin there was a Eugen Schmidtdhäussler set for sale with an EK2 which to my eyes looks as a match to the one Ned posted before. Can this cross be attributed to any maker or is it an unknown one?

Hi all, My name is Peter, I am from Australia,. I also have a Eugen Schmidtdhäussler set(Issue pack, ribbon and unmarked cross) same as Big Ned's, I am unable to post pics but I can email a pic to someone if they want to post it up.
