I don't dislike the ribbon set up. It's not a 'manufactured' trifold but looks like it could've been done by the recipient. There is enough there to suggest this has been like it for some time, the stitching looks old and you can tell it's been there some time by the pulling on the ribbon threads. There is a good ring mark on the outside of the ribbon and enough grime and dirt on it in the right places. The pin is also a period piece.

I like it alot.
