    where do you find eks in such good condition!?!? honestly all the ones ive seen are like mine and very worn looking.... congrats mate their stunning! also mate are all wwi eks schinkle types or is the tr award only classed as schinkle? cheers mate!

    Mate, I dont know anything about WW1 crosses but I think they were all the Schinkel design. Hopefully someone will correct me if I am wrong

    The Imperial crosses are all of the 'Schinkel' form but not referred to as such. The TR crosses which have the Schinkel form are referred to as 'Schinkel' type A or B depending which they are. It's worth pointing out though it is a term coined by collectors and used to distinguish the different styles and variants.

    might go for an imperial cross then as i cant afford a tr schinkel as id love an example to compair with my 24....
