    Any comments on this one? I saw another MM65 with the same bends at the top. I'm wondering if this was a way to tighten the center core.

    Hi Phil,

    Thanks, But I think you may have missunderstood my question. If you look at the top of the cross at the rim, there is a slight bulge on one side with a corresponding double bulge on the other. I once saw another MM65 that had similar bulges. Just curious about them.

    Hi Johnnie,i see what you mean & because it shows on both sides IMO it's something that's occured after manufacture (or possibly during). Not sure it's to do with tightening the core though. But my EK knowledge is limited. Just thought i'd give you another slat on it. Regards Stewy
