They both look OK to me, but I don't know what to say about the ribbons.

How much is he asking?

I agree, both crosses look good, however, as with any Iron Cross in 2nd Class, 1870, 1914, 1939, or 1957, there is no way of determining with any certainty if the ribbon to which the cross is attached is the ribbon originally paired with that particular cross. Regardless, if the price is right, they are indeed, nice examples. . .
