Fantasy EK mit Totenkopf und Schweren?

A seller i've met claims to have cleared out the house of a close relative and discovered the ex-owners TR collection, among the items is this odd looking Iron Cross/Death head piece which to me looks like a total fantasy piece.

The seller is very excited about this item and has asked that I show it for opinions.
I'm sure it is 1000% fantasy and what I assume to be a date of July 23 1920 doesn't bring up any significant matches so just on the off chance it might be a Weimar Republic award of some sort here it is for your viewing...umm...pleasure?

WOW..just like it says on the back...or is that mom...never seen nor heard of anything like it in TR or WR. Very interesting if poland had such medal like Ade suggests, and he's the man who would know!

I think Ade meant polish fake. I don´t think he meant that it is a original polish award. I could be wrong , if so someone please correct me I have no experience in polish awards.

Did a quick search and asked a polish colleague.
It is not known to him as a Polish award or decoration.
The date corresponds to the Polish-Soviet war in 1920 that's all I could find out.
I am no expert at all in these things, but it just scream's FANTASY and an ugly one to.

No, it is a Polish Regimental breast badge. It has been covered in our Polish forum It is also a fake.
