Good EK2?

Hello all!! Im new here and new at collecting german awards and medals.
Just curios if this is good cross to buy,photos are bad and its sellers link on Croatian auction site.
Its maker number is 7 and costs 100 euro.
Could it be so good condition,black color 100% and silver 80%?
Buy it or not?
(I dont have credit cards and its easyer to buy stuff for cash at home)
