Look for titles by Gordon Williamson. 'The Iron Cross of 1939' springs to mind but you can find many of his older titles on ebay or Amazon.

Dietrich Maerz and George Stimpson are working on an EK2 book, not sure when it's being released.

'The Iron Time' by Stephen Previtera is also a worthwhile title but is very expensive.
