Help with my EK

I have had this EK for some time and I don't know who the maker is. It was a vet bring back Item with some other things I aquired. Could someone tell me some information? The EK itself is unmarked, but the case has a creast or maker logo on it. I was looking under the felt that layed on the bottom of the case and found these Ribbons. I know one is a first class and one is a second class, but the other ones I am not sure.

The case is for a WWI Imperial medal of some sort - Not a typical Etui
for an iron cross - perhaps it's a variation. It might be for the
Prussian 'State Service Medal'.

The ribbons in the center are for WWI EKII. Botton right are from
Brunswick - the 'Ernst August Cross'. Upper right is for the
'Honour Legion Medal'. The one on the left could be
Hungarian. They are all from WWI.........
