That's not an original wartime cross. It looks like a post war St&L swastika cored "C"- frame (the loop eye/öse dips in the frame), although I don't see any of the known flaws except for the bead flaw on the 12 o'clock arm? Ribbon is fake.....

A shame this crap sold on Kai Winkler's site at that price!

    Regards

I know one piece of an original Knight's Cross in perfect condition, together with its original awarding document signed by A.Hitler that is to be sold for about 5000 dollars

Some pictures would be nice, or any other evidence of this award and it's being an original set, as the price you quote is ridiculously cheap for both the cross and the award document (Ritterkreuzurkunde).

    The story is like this.
This cross once belonged to Romanian General Petre Dumitrescu the commander of the Romanian Third Army in the Eastern Campaign. He was the second Romanian to receive this distinction after Ion Antonescu. It is a piece of exceptional historical significance as it was awarded to one of the most important romanian generals
The cross is market with 20 and 800, and the seller is the nephew of the general
He says that he doesn't sell the awarding document but offers a copy of it instead. Only the cross, ribbon and box are for sale. The price is 5000 US dollars
    Tell me what you think
