I concur a Deumer, although to be fair, both Deschler and Deumer use the "hump" suspension ring attachment on the frame.....could be confusing.
    Prost ! Steve.

Several makers use the 'hump' Steve, Wachtler & Lange and Berg & Nolte to name a couple more. Deschler humps are a little different from the others however.
While the other 'hump' makers soldered the suspension ring direct to the hump, Deschler actually drilled a recess in the hump and sat the ends of the ring in this recess. It was always much bigger than the diameter of the suspension ring and always left a noticeable gap around the ring and a useful distinguishing feature when narrowing down the maker of a 'hump' cross.
The inner corners beading of a Deschler always looks like the spokes on a cartwheel too.
