You are showing two different EK2's, which is yours?
"In all my years as a soldier, I have never seen men fight so hard." - SS Obergruppenfuhrer Wilhelm Bittrich - Arnhem
Hi Nick, its actually the same EK2. I took the first two photos front and back but didn't know if the light was good enough. So I then decided to take just one more pic of the front on a different day in different light.
Nice original, I would hazard a guess towards hersteller '109' - Walter & Henlein. Sanya will know for sure....
Thanks Nick, I'll have to take a good look at a 109.
just shows what the proper light can do.
It sure does. I think it has a lot to do with the shadows Nick. The first two photos I took just holding the camera still and the last one I used a tripod and timer to take the shot!
I think ,Nick Hessens is right this is a W&H and the two crosses same
I'm looking for EK II 1939: B.H.Mayer: A and B core,mm L/18 and schinkel type ,,,EK1 Round-3 with Deschler frame and Friedrich Sedlatzek pin and SB variant
