    I have been offered this EK1, it has been described as a late war medal with no maker mark. It's one medal that is missing from my collection and I am really keen on purchasing it. I would appreciate any help / comments on the pics from the forum members on whether its a good one or not.

    The reverse hardware is typical of a Floch fake, in my opinion...

    The same opinion from me too. Typical Floch hardware means this one is a fake.

    Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....
