Hey, guys, simple question: I was just wondering what the average asking price would be for an authentic RK without its ribbon?

It's a simple question but tricky to give a definite answer!
IMO it depends on alot of things, the rarity of the RK or the desireability, the condition, the provenence etc but broadly speaking the price difference should only vary by a few hundred £/$/€ from the price of an RK with ribbon.
I might be way off but hopefully some other members will chime in with their opinions.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....
Thanks for the input, I'm asking because I stumbled upon an auction listing where someone was selling an RK (marked L/12) without its ribbon for $850. That seemed a little low to me but I could be mistaken.
Sure thing. The pictures are not good at all, which furthers my suspicion... The top loop looks like it's missing a coil? Though it could just be broken.
Those pics are too bad to form any sort of opinion. Can they send clear, close, front and back shots, with the dates and makers mark as well?
