Like I said, looking to upgrade my collection.
My EK' s as well!
Just baught the "übergrößen" that was listed here, because that one was on my list for a long time (even in relic condition,.... back then!!), so that space is filled in.
But I am not going to collect all makers, so wich EK I would be the best to have in a collection, i am speaking about the rarest one, the one that is the hardest to find....?!

Kris, it is personal choice and there are many scarce and rare EK1's, but I would say a marked Juncker L/12, a Godet marked 21 or a minty Schinkelform (cased). I have none of these in my collection so if I see one first....

The trouble is Kris, you need a full size Ubergrosse otherwise the space isn't really filled in. You now have an oversize EK which is the same size as a regular EK so not really Ubergrosse at all!

It's a sting those Ek's !!
Anyway,that section will be "on hold" for a while, cause there is a Schirmmütze that needs to be payed for now!
Next is a gorget, and then a shako, then I might go for a dagger or a sword, so it will take me a time before concentrating on EK's again.
