It's original but the core has obviously been repainted after the de-nazification.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....

yes Adrian the paint is a bit blobby and has took quite a beating with something? but i think they did a pretty good job in the end i never really noticed but the crosses are quite small and delicate imo
