    do you have an original example that you could post for comparison AdrianC? i would like to learn about the differences between this fake and the real thing.

    Unfortunately not! Try a search in this forum and you might find a couple, or else perhaps someone who doeas have an original can post one.
    Don't forget there were several manufacturers and there are many differences in details between them.
    The main thing to notice on the example above is the very rounded inner corners next to the swastika - hence the name 'rounder'. No original awards have corners so rounded.

    It makes you wonder why a faker would create such obvious fake inner corners !

    i think a faker has 1 original to get a copy but dont wanna lose the value of his original one, so he orders a near perfect copy to get some quick cash

    This fake is purporting to be a Zimmermann make but as stated it is no good , it has a number of faults compared to an original.
