Hello folks, I found this nice Knights cross by Zimmermann; "20" on the reverse of the cross and "L/52" on the loop.

I've been told elsewhere that it's a fake, I still do not now enough about Knights crosses but I know it's a 3 piece construction one.

I would like to know your thoughts on this one

The Ribbon has the "scalloped" edge that should indicate it's originality

If it's a Fake; I would like to know why.

Hello =) I've read the threads you posted and I don't understand why you posted them.

Did I spelled something wrong ?

I noticed that Knights cross has been translated to german on this thread.

Do I have to write it in german ?

What about the "Please & Thank you" thread ????

    I don't think I have been rude am I ?

If you look at original 800/20 marked crosses you will see a difference from your cross in the inner beading , lack of die flaw on left tip lower 6oclock arm , fatter swastika , the 1's in both date pads not counting the 800/20 ( pictures not good enough to see details ) . This is just my opinion so wait for more info from others . Hope this helps .

Thank you for the tips, it's a though one, I compared it to originals and indeed the 800 and 20 on the cross are slightly different..
The swastika looks OK to me.

What is the die flaw on left tip lower 6 oclock arm ???
I've heard of it many times but I never understood what kind of flaw it is..

Here are pictures on an original one sold =

It's true the markings are a little bit different on mine

What you have is a Juncker fake with added Zimmermann markings. Date design on the core, frame and öse do not match an original Zimmermann whatsoever.....
