Ritterkreuz real or fake?

Article about: ok first off this one is in real bad shape, it has actually come apart. unfortunately this happened when I was transporting it to a show. that being said, the frame and ring are both marked

    ok first off this one is in real bad shape, it has actually come apart. unfortunately this happened when I was transporting it to a show.

    that being said,
    the frame and ring are both marked 800 and are non magnetic.
    the center is of course magnetic

    any other insights from anyone else? if it is a fake, any idea of possible maker?

    It looks like it might be the notorious 'rounded' fake to me?

    actually the rounder is the only fake i am sure it is not.
    the "rounder" fakes are known for having significantly rounded corners where the beading meets in the center at the swastika.

    low swastika is not one that i would be interested in unless it came with vet provenance...

    I would agree.

    Even as repros these do have a limited value as some collectors seem to like them.
