The 'cartoon' box looks fine to me ( English is a funny language ) and so does the cross - but I cannot help with a maker.
Maybe it was a jeweler's sample rather than an issued box?????

Box should be the standard cartoon one, maybe some one will even give us info about it!!!
It's a Souval cross in a ropey old box that has no association with the cross.
It may be something the original owner kept it in but as far as i can see it is not a manufacturer's box for this cross.
