Very odd Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse ring mark
got a nice EK2 with a mark I hope you can identify, please: looks like an upper-case letter 'C' sitting next to the shaft of an upper-case serif letter 'I' OR maybe a globe on a stand! WAF guys had no clue, how about you all? thanks!

Searching for anything relating to, Anton Boos, 934 Stamm. Kp. Pz. Erz. Abt. 7, 3 Kompanie, Panzer-Regiment 2, 16th Panzer-Division (My father)
"K.O." are the letters. Mmm not good wait for more opinions.
Straight on photos of the obverse and reverse would be helpful.
I can't say that I have ever heard of a KO marked 1939 cross.
It's one of the most common 1914 maker marks but not used in ww2.
